I had a wonderful stay at the JS Luwansa Hotel & Convention Center. The hotel is centrally located in the business district of Jakarta, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff members were honest and helpful, as I accidentally left behind some cash in my room and it was promptly recovered and returned to me. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Jakarta.

Friendly staff and good breakfast with an option to eat in a private area. The hotel is situated near a strip mall with plenty of restaurants, making it convenient for food options. Additionally, the staff were accommodating with additional service requests like ironing.

This hotel's location is in a prime spot, surrounded by plenty of tasty dining options and just a stone's throw from the impressive Grand Indonesia mall. The rooms are spacious and come with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed. Guests will also appreciate the wide selection available at breakfast, providing something for all tastes.
One downside could be the slow check-out process, as mentioned in a previous review.

The hotel room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the surrounding city. The staff provided excellent service and made you feel welcome by greeting you with kindness. The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip, with many attractions just a short walk away.
The mini-bar in the room was empty, which was a bit disappointing. the happy hour offered on the club floor only included Indonesian wine and spirits, which weren't to our taste.

The hotel offered great complementary breakfast and a beautiful view from the pool. The location was perfect with easy access to shopping and dining options.
The air conditioning in the room was not up to par and it ruined our night's sleep. We had to wait a long time for assistance and even then the solution was not satisfactory.
